CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS
Transfer grille for doors or walls, with acoustic trap.
Equipped with a 25 mm perimeter frame and supplied with counterframe (AL.TR.C).
The soundproof transfer grilles are designed to significantly reduce sound transmission between rooms connected by ductwork or air handling units.
They are typically installed in doors and/or walls with a thickness between 36 and 80 mm. For greater thicknesses, the use of double grilles is recommended.
A series of U-shaped blades, alternately arranged, is placed inside the frame to create a labyrinth airflow path.
The U-profiles are filled with sound-absorbing material, available in 6 mm or 10 mm thickness.
Variants:
- Type 1: standard version for wall or door thicknesses between 36 and 49 mm
- Type 2: for wall or door thicknesses between 50 and 59 mm
- Type 3: for thicknesses between 60 and 79 mm;
- Type 4: (for AL.TR only) for thicknesses greater than or equal to 80 mm, a double Type 1 grid is used.
