CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
40 mm adjustable micro-nozzle diffuser, equipped with external retaining rings and individually orientable up to 30° in all directions, with a 28 mm curved perimeter frame designed for installation on circular ducts.
These diffusers are particularly well-suited for applications where individual air throw directions are required due to architectural or structural constraints, especially to bypass obstacles such as beams, ceiling drops, pillars, or columns.
When arranged in multiple rows, the air jets can be freely directed both horizontally and vertically, significantly increasing the coverage area.
Thanks to the high induction effect, resulting from the division of the airflow into numerous small jets, there is a rapid reduction in throw velocity and a quick decrease in the temperature difference between supply air and room air. They are suitable for use in both constant and variable air volume (VAV) systems, operating within a 40% to 100% flow range, for both cooling and heating, with a maximum recommended temperature difference (ΔT) of ±10 K.
Variants::
- PP40.TD: micro-nozzles mounted on a solid plate
- PF40.TD: micro-nozzles mounted on a perforated plate – at the same airflow rate, the jet velocity is significantly lower compared to the PP40.TD model, resulting in shorter throw distances. This configuration offers enhanced comfort when delivering high airflow rates over short distances.
