CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS
High-induction diffuser with adjustable micro-nozzles, each equipped with a retaining ring and individually orientable up to 30°, mounted on a 25 mm perimeter frame.
Primarily intended for wall installation, these diffusers are especially suitable in spaces where architectural or structural constraints require different throw directions for each individual micro-nozzle—particularly to bypass obstacles such as beams, ceiling drops, pillars, or columns.
When arranged in multiple rows, the air jets can be freely diverged in both horizontal and vertical directions, significantly expanding the effective coverage area.
Thanks to the high induction effect, achieved by splitting the airflow into numerous small jets, there is a rapid reduction in air velocity and in the temperature difference between supply air and room air.
These diffusers can be used in both constant and variable air volume systems, operating in the 40% to 100% flow range, for both cooling and heating, with a maximum ΔT of ±10 K.
Direct mounting of micro-nozzles on a circular stainless steel channel (custom design/project-specific execution) is possible.
Variants:
- P.P.: micro-nozzles mounted on a solid plate;
- P.F.: micro-nozzles mounted on a perforated plate: with the same flow rate, the discharge velocity is significantly lower compared to P.S. (solid plate), and discharge lengths are shorter.
