CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
The DSP.DRY series rectangular diffusers, featuring a concealed perimeter frame and adjustable front plate, are generally installed in enclosed environments with a height ranging from 2.7 to 5.0 meters. They are designed for HVAC systems operating with temperature differences of ±10 K between room air and supply air.The standard installation is flush with plasterboard, allowing the diffuser to fully exploit the Coandă effect.
The concealed perimeter frame, specifically designed for easy placement above plasterboard, makes the DSP.DRY series highly appreciated by designers, who value it not only for its technical functionality, but also as a decorative architectural element.
These diffusers are suitable for both supply and return air and can be used in variable air volume (VAV) systems, operating within a 50% to 100% flow range.
The ability to set different positions for the front plate allows for adjustable air deflection angles—from horizontal with ceiling effect (for cooling) to vertical (for heating).
The geometry of the perimeter slot is adjusted by vertically shifting the front plate, which is secured to the outer frame by appropriate pins and springs.
In special configurations, multiple units can be installed in sequence to form continuous linear strips, which—using specially designed aesthetic corner elements—can follow the ideal ceiling layout of the room.
