BIM

BIM stands for Building Information Modeling, a model that contains information about the building or its parts such as geographical location, geometry, properties of materials and technical elements, construction stages, maintenance operations.

BIM makes it possible to integrate in a model the information useful in each design phase, from architectural to executive (structures, installations, safety, maintenance, energy performance, etc.) and management (metric calculations, bills of materials, etc.).
